Back in the early 2000s, Eric, who was working for a Singapore-based Operator, observed supposed travel partners to be unreliable. They were too slow to provide travel details and mere second-hand information at best.
Moreover, wanting to provide for his family, he decided to focus on what matters most and started KASEL Travel Solutions with his wife, Lani, in August of 2008.
As previous top honcho employees in their respective corporate industries, they promised each other to uphold the highest standards of quality, integrity, and flexibility at all levels of operation where they can stamp their names proudly.
By pandemic of 2020, the travel and hospitality industry bore the worst of the brunt of the fallout, and KASEL, like so many others, was forced to shut its doors. Yet, knowing that KASEL was more than a business - but a testament to their unwavering passion for travel and their family, they chose to get back up, stay, and thrive.
